Premium subscriptions offered within the application are sold and managed exclusively by Apple in accordance with the App Store’s terms and conditions. Payments are processed directly by Apple. The publisher does not collect or store any banking information.

4. Intellectual Property

All elements composing the website and the WonderGaia application (including texts, editorial content, quizzes, graphic elements, structure, databases, design, and code) are protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization from the publisher is strictly prohibited.

Certain cultural and descriptive information may rely on data derived from open collaborative projects such as Wikimedia and Wikidata, notably published under the Creative Commons Attribution – ShareAlike (CC BY-SA 4.0) license.
